Important Notes for Using our Online Ordering Tool

1. Note that if quantity, sizes, or categories of services ordered differ from what is picked up, A Craig's Cleaning Specialist will contact you to discuss price variations prior to beginning work.  

2. Pickup/Delivery will occur between 2pm and 6pm.

Pickup/Delivery Days are as follows:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday - Abingdon, Bristol TN, and Bristol VA

Tuesdays, Thursdays - Blountville, Bluff City, Bristol, Gray, Johnson City, and Kingsport

Your items will be delivered on the next pickup/delivery day for your area. For example, if your garments are picked up on Tuesday, they will be delivered on Thursday.
